QStride is Seeking a Business Integration Manager for one of our direct end customers located in metro Detroit. The present role requires experience managing data specific projects.  In particular, web api data and or analytics/big data. A key to winning is experience with Project Management. 

Business Integration Manager Job Requirements: 
  • Coordinate and lead projects for client management - specifically in customer interaction and analytics.
  • Coordinate communications between client & customer.
  • Establish goals & identify training opportunities.
  • Identify employee resource issues.
  • Attend regular client management and staff meetings.
  • Cultivate additional role based or deliverable based opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
    • Comfortable while working with people at different client organizational levels.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and gain the respect of internal customers.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
    • Strong Project Management skills.
    • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate integration activities / results in written and verbal format to both client and internal staff.
    • Previous IT experience required, specifically in translating business requirements into development specifications
    • 7+ years related experience
  • BA/BS Business, Business Systems, MIS, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics

  • Previous IT experience a plus to help translate business requirements into development specifications.
  • Knowledge of MDM concepts
